Remember to include the name and thread colour you would like in the notes section at checkout. Embroidery of up to 9 letters is included in the price.

2. Send your item to us.

Once you have placed your order I will send you details of the delivery address. I am happy for you to order items directly to me from a shop, if preferred. I am able to personalise many different items through the send-in service, even if it is not an item I currently stock in the shop. If you are unsure if your item is right for embroidery, please drop me a message.

I recommend using a recorded delivery service. I regret that I am unable to accept responsibility for the knit until it has been safely delivered to me.

3. I will personalise your Item for you, and send it back, ready for your little one to wear.
